Thought I would start the next one even though we are still waiting for Ross.

 

I propose that all rules prior to this become mutable.

I think the intent of your rule was clear and people have voted on the intent. So no I don't think you get a do-over. The rules allow for revisions of proposals and if the voting hasn't closed I think we must therefore allow revision of voting. So if you want to reword it and ask everyone to think again before Ross votes then by all means do so. But that doesn't mean you can have an entirely new proposal only that you can argue for your existing proposal and amend it in suggested ways.

Just for the record - I vote yes (and it's not just a pity yes - I think getting rid of the inability to change immutable rules would be good for the game)
