INTRODUCTION<br />
Participants will receive a Deck Builder’s Toolkit when they sign up for the Deck Builder's League.<br />
All players build a 60-card minimum league deck, using only the 125 semi-randomised cards (suitable for building several different Magic decks) in in their Deck Builder’s Toolkit. Players play matches (best two out of three games) against other league members. Players should not play the same opponent twice in the same week.<br />

Players play matches (best two out of three games) against other league members. Players should not play the same opponent twice in the same week.<br />
After each match, both players report the result. Players earn one point for completing a match, and the winner receives an additional point. After a player earns 10 points, the player receives one promo card, and additional promo cards for each additional 10 points.<br />
Each week players may add the cards from one of the four 15-card booster packs, from a variety of recent Magic: The Gathering sets, in their Deck Builder's Toolkit to the 125 semi-randomised cards (see below).<br />
