Proxy Generator Updated with Dragon's Maze

Bastards changed Gatherer output a little bit but all is well now.

That killed me too. I am using this base url for images:

http://www.wizards.com/global/images/magic/general/[card_name].jpg

So far I know they:

-Use the proper Ae char for Aetherling

-have an underscore in split card names.

I don't actually use Gatherer images, I use magiccards.info.  I forget why.

The main problem I had with this latest update was the change from "Name:" to "Name" in the output of the text checklist.  They didn't change any of the other fields.
