You don't get to vote, unanimity can be achieved without you, you skip your turn if it arises but no more than twice before we have to wait for you. Anything that affects "all players" and doesn't require an action does happen to you. Anything that affects "all players" and requires an action you get to do when you get back. If anyone has a problem with this arbitrary ruling they probably ought to say so now.
