SUMMARY:Deck Builder's League
DESCRIPTION:Participants will receive a Deck Builder’s Toolkit when 
 they sign up for the Deck Builder's League.\nAll players build a 60-ca
 rd minimum league deck, using only the 125 semi-randomised cards (suit
 able for building several different Magic decks) in in their Deck Buil
 der’s Toolkit. Players play matches (best two out of three games) ag
 ainst other league members. Players should not play the same opponent 
 twice in the same week.\nAfter each match, both players report the res
 ult. Players earn one point for completing a match, and the winner rec
 eives an additional point. After a player earns 10 points, the player 
 receives one promo card, and additional promo cards for each additiona
 l 10 points.\nEach week players may add the cards from one of the four
  15-card booster packs, from a variety of recent Magic: The Gathering 
 sets, in their Deck Builder's Toolkit to the 125 semi-randomised cards
  (see below).\n\nWEEK CARD POOL\n- 1 125 semi-randomized cards\n2 125 
 semi-randomized cards + 1 booster pack\n3 125 semi-randomized cards + 
 2 booster packs\n4 125 semi-randomized cards + 3 booster packs\n5 + 12
 5 semi-randomized cards + 4 booster packs\n\nAdditional Rise of the El
 drazi boosters will be awarded as prizes to the best performing player
 s at the end of the league (based on the number of matches played, num
