 ecember. Registration between 10.00 and 10.45am. Preregistration would
  be helpful as time is short on the day. Each player will receive 3 Sc
 ars of Mirrodin boosters and 3 Mirrodin Besieged boosters to construct
  a deck with. The format will be Swiss rounds. There is a slight chang
 e to the way we will run top 8. If we have 24 plus players we will run
  a top 8 draft. If less than 24 players the players will use their sea
 led decks to play in the top 8 to win the byes. I hope thats clear to 
 all.The top 8 players will proceed to a Scars of Mirrodin draft single
  elimination or play with their sealed decks single elimination to win
