Magic: the Gathering in the UK

No pain is for sure.

Tap for two colors is also definite.

Come into play tapped is impossible because they'd be worse than the Shards tri-lands.

So what's the drawback going to be or are they reprinting Tropical Island, etc.?

Nooooooooooooo.
Enters the battlefield, tapdancing?
I've a feeling they might be chrome-mox-esque...

aka

Slimy dung heap

T: Add B or G to your manapool.

When Slimy dung heap enters the battlefield, you may discard a card from your hand. If you don't, Slimy dung heap comes into play tapped.
I think they're of the form:

"comes into play tapped unless you control a plains or a forest. TAP: add W or G to your mana pool"

Can't remember if they have the basic types themselves.
I want them to have basic types so I can go all Wild Nacatl.
Dredge outlet taplands are literally my biggest wet dream evar.
