The Martyn Hampson Charity Cup is a new annual event in The Games Club's callendar, hopefully with an attmosphere similar to the Keith Loveys.
Final details are being worked on and I should be able to confirm everything tomorrow (or early on Wednesday).
Currently you can expect a Sealed Deck tournament with a Top 8 Booster Draft, with an unusual tournament structure, possibly (podded) Round Robin).
ALL profits go to charity - the hospice that care for Martyn in his final days.

Short Answer - No!
Longer Answer - New set product (Innistrad) Booster Draft Side Events at Prereleases are now prohibited (by Wizards of the Coast).
