Birthday drinks

As it is my birthday this Saturday there shall be some drinks in London on the Saturday,

Things that I require:

a good venue to meet (lots of space and easy to get to, NOT THE PORTERHOUSE)

an area with lots of pubs that are worth hitting

Lots of you fine folk to come along and celebrate.

 

Will post venue and times when I have them finalised.  hope to see some of you there

Depends what area you'd like to hit up?

Daytime, all the Wetherspoons I've been to recently would make for good a meeting point, as they're big and usually very quiet before 6.

There are decent ones at Holborn (where we usually play games), Camden, and the Montagu Pyke next to Foyles on Charing Cross Road, which is on the edge of Soho and near Forbidden Planet if you want to binge on booster packs and weird comic book stuff.

the montagu pyke is a good one cus its right near soho so there's a ton of sweet places to go in a few minutes walk from there

i'd like to advocate some alcohol-free venues lol

montagu pyke is the meeting point then about 1.30ish, that work for everyone, if you want to bring games that would be cool

I think a good few hours in there as it's a good meeting place and fairly cheap, can't be bothered with some big crawl all day but maybe into the evening might visit a few venues

Yea agree, you end up spending more time finding places than actually drinking and having fun.
