IMAX waterloo has a bar, you can take beers into the cinema although once the film starts you can't go back out.

Toilets are up the stairs and out back, they don't stop you from using them - they do stop you from getting more beer though

The PCP in Leicester Square has a bar and lets you do pretty much what you want. They don't play new releases but they have and awesome line up of films coming up!
