Legacy DT Constructed League

Same rules (I think - will check with Tom) as the Standard League but the format will be Legacy. (ie still allowed 100% proxies but you must stick to the same deck for the whole league)

In case you are wanting to construct a revolutionary new deck or adapt a currernt deck here is the current banned and restricted list.

We can do deck submission etc when we have sufficient numbers.

I'm up for this, especially as I missed the Standard league.

When Zendikar becomes legal, we should synch all the leagues up with set releases. This will allow decks to be modified / changed each time a new set comes out.
