So am I understanding them correctly. If they are your 3rd land drop they still come into play untapped?
If they are your 4th then they come into play tapped?

I checked this on another forum and yes they are untapped if your 3rd land

they are obviously good for multi coloured aggro decks.

do you reckon control decks will want them?

Of course - the problem with current control mana is that they cant get value out of mana leak to counter early, crucial threats (such as fauna shaman) because their manabase has too many tap lands

Now they can play a landmix that means that their early lands come into play untapped so they can exploit mana leak and later it doesn't matter as much if their lands are into play tapped

I bought 4 of the UW ones just now for a tenner, there's no way they will be less than that.

Reckon they will be in same price range as the M10 duals, with the one(s) heavily played in the format's premier aggro and control decks a quid or two more.

I might buy another set or two, as you'll definitely be able to trade thm for other colours worst case.

They seem pretty good. And those seem like good prices.

But I'm not sure it's possible for a Rare to be truly expensive any more because of tournament-playable Mythics.

If I have to open 480 packs (15 mythics x 8 packs per mythic x 4) to get a playset of Koth the Hammer I'm going to accumulate ~9 of every rare in the process (480 / 45 * 7/8).

Are there are any Rares that cost > 5 GBP in anything ZEN onwards?

The real speculation money is probably in identifying which of the mythics are and are not tournament playable. If you have the evaluation skills.

The fetches are worth more than 5GBP, and I'm sure there are a few others.

I hope there are enemy duals - we will have 3 sets of allied and only the fethces for enemy colours.
