327. Alternate Win Condition 2

If any player gambles themselves to 0 points, 5 times they win the game. You must have more than 1 point when gambling for it to count.

 

It is a players own responsibility to declare themselves the winner in this manner and may be done at any time the requirement has been met, even if it has already passed.

I vote no to this too - if someone achieves this 4 times then everyone will just refuse to gamble with them going forwards and they'll miss out on the fun of gambling their points away.

No, because you'll only get someone to gamble the final time through "trickery", i.e. the other person being unaware that you will win the game if you lose.
