The only other games I've seen one implemented in is Conway's Game of Life.

this is great thom.

not as much of a classic piece of computational theory, but i saw a guy who implemented a CPU in minecraft. you could load in instructions one byte at a time in assembly. unfortunately can't find the video but i'm sure it still exists somewhere
