I think the Pro Tour draft formats are correct and the other details I'm sure of:

October 3rd 2009 - Start of Qs for Pro Tour: San Diego on Feb 19. Format of Qs: Zendikar Sealed Deck.

January 2nd 2010 - Start of Qs for Pro Tour: San Juan (Block Constructed, Zendikar + Worldwake Draft? Or Rise of the Eldrazi?) on May 28. Format of Qs: Extended.

April 17th 2010 - Start of Qs for Pro Tour: Amsterdam (Extended, Rise of the Eldrazi Draft?) on Sep 3. Format of Qs: Standard.

And Worlds is in Chiba near-ish to Tokyo on December 9. Nationals and Pro Points are the only way to Q for Worlds?

Hurray for limited PTQs- only having this once a year REALLY sucks.
