I can lend you a lot of the deck. Send me a list you want by facebook and I will let you know what I can do. I can def lend you the Entombs, Underground Seas and some of the reanimation spells and some of the creatures. But can't help with Forces and other counterspells as my other blue decks are using them.

mills as long as you can get Seas, Entombs and Forces the rest of the deck is cheap as fuck - should be fairly easy to obtain

 

although that said, seas, deltas, forces and entombs probably adds up to a few hundred quid lol
