Magic: the Gathering in the UK

So he's been suspended, and a lot of the chat before the HoF ballot was around alleged and non-alleged shady behaviour in the past. Then we had Columbus, allegations of slow play, re-reading JTMS multiple times etc.

Is the suspension deserved? Probably. Is it too harsh? Maybe, but it does send a significant message to high level players - win by playing the game.

Question is : are they going to induct him into the Hall of Fame, in his home country, or not?

Given they've just suspended him for 18 months, I imagine he'll still be given it but have to wait until Worlds 2012?
I don't think they will induct him in 2012, they'll just put him back on the ballot once his suspension is over.
I read on a random forum post that you can't be inducted while suspended. Of course that may be some random internetter just making it up.

(It was definitely harsh. The DCI is a quite a scarily unaccountable organization and not very consistent.)
