To be honest if Bazaar Games don't want to honour it then I'm fine with that. They are a small company and I already felt like I was fucking them over a bit by placing an order so I don't really mind. For those who do wish to pursue this, Kieran is correct in that they need to have provided a confirmation of the order otherwise you have no legal rights as a buyer to enforce this price.
why does everyone think this? if a store accidentally marks a product or service at the wrong price they are not under any kind of legal obligation to sell it at that incorrect price
if i run a shop and accidentally mark a £10 product as £5, i am in no way required by law to sell it for £5

This is true, they're within their rights to refuse the sale as long as you are refunded in full. What they can't do is send you the cards and suddenly demand more money for them due to the error - once the exchange of goods has been made, the sale is final.
(In a shop, the sticker price doesn't matter - you can be informed of the correct price at the till.)

If you're a small store and want to compete against bigger boys, then at least do your bloody homework. Had a similar situation with Kool Kingdom recently.
Basically, any non-Madhouse UK traders are a joke.

Actually a very common misconception. A purchase only becomes legally binding when they accept your offer, they are not obligated to sell to you.

Just got my refund. No email, just a refund. I think they could at least email everyone stating that an error occured and apologise.
I got two e-mails - one saying there was a mistake and I'd get a refund, and another saying they'd give me a 10% discount on a future order. They both went to my Junk e-mail folder on Hotmail though.

As for the error, we recently took on a new member of Staff, he decided it was his chance to prove himself and he made a mistake while uploading the spreadsheet with the prices. Mistakes happen.
Hope those who made the orders are happy with their 10% off.
