Honestly, I am a big proponent of creature-based decks in EDH as they are a lot more fun, so I would personally aim for a creature/spell/land split around 30/25/44.  However, you will often find that spells are much more powerful than creatures in EDH as creature control is often rampant but things like counters and enchantment removal are scarce, so I find that most controllish decks end up being somewhere around 15/40/44.

It all depends on what your goal is though, I guess.
