I guess the color we're meant to think it is is G? (Because of "fall to earth".) Or B because it's an instant that targets a creature (and makes it fall to earth).

Unprinted Legend - could be Urza? Although "yet" unprinted possibly implies something ... Only instants that target creatures mentioning Urza in flavor text are Healing Salve and Word of Undoing ...

It's not urza, I haven't heard of the legend - no implication that it will be printed.
