Other than you have allocated a card for revised which you can't have, you get the idea. Do you have an alpha or beta mox or lotus to use?

In all reality, I think people won't be using much alpha or beta crazy cards cos they don't own them. We'll see a few unlimited things, moxes etc., but I doubt anyone will run three bits of power... Also, in a 72 card deck, how often will you have a blitz out turn one hand?

I did think it'd be funny to play three black lotus, two channel and lots of fireballs.... If I had the cards

Sounds like a decent idea, I might be convinced to dig out the beta swamp i have lying around ;). One question.. Why mandate no foils? Not that i mind, but it seems like a weird constraint

It was an aesthetic thing in my mind... I suppose there's no real reason except that I had this purist idea of having one "proper" card from each set. Silly I guess, but sometimes silly serves to add atmosphere.
