Preregister for the New Phyrexia Prerelease at The County

With this prerelease being restricted to one 91 person sealed event at The County it's almost certain to be oversubscribed so it's probably worth preregistering on TGC site if you want to attend.

Mills was slaughtered when I got there at 11AM, after having apparently drinking through the night.  After dropping from the sealed during deck registration he signed up to a draft.  After drafting the cards he discarded them on the table stating "These cards are fucking shit" then walked off... legend.

yeah, turned up still drunk with beer in hand. opened his pool and started shouting about how bad it was, the guy next to him points out his remaining 3 packs to open. he opens them and just stares at his cards spread out in no particular order then after more complaining put them in his bag and went to the bar. didnt build a deck, didnt play round 1. thats right 50-60 people turned away and thats what happened to one of the slots.

then he joins a draft, loses first round, throws his cards on the table and floor and walks off.

he spent most of the day wandedring round babling stuff that made no sence to anyone and occasionaly shouting at things or people for being rubbish or shit.

 

unfortunatly this is not the mills time we were hoping for :(

obviously you didnt spend enough time with him then, he was terrible. i was asked by several people to get him to calm down before he ended up in trouble. a lot of people were getting annoyed with him
