With GP and nats rating cut-offs not too far away, our rating tracker seems to have been broken for a while!?

-Or is it just broken for me?

Nah, its been broken for a while for me too.

Out of interest, what is the rating cut off? I've never bothered following it as I'm sure I am well below it.

Tournament Byes

 Grand Prix Trials

Grand Prix London Trials will be run at WPN locations in the weeks leading up to the Grand Prix. Each offers at least 1 three-round bye to Grand Prix London.

Byes will be given to players in the Grand Prix based on the following criteria (Byes are not cumulative throughout the season or year. Byes do not pass down under any circumstances. Players that accumulate multiple byes to a particular Grand Prix tournament receive only the bye for the greatest number of rounds):

Third-Round Byes

  • Players with a Players Club level of 4 or higher
  • Players with a DCI Total rating of 2050 or higher. Byes are based on DCI Total ratings published on April 27, 2011.
  • Winners of Grand Prix London Trial tournaments.

Second-Round Byes

  • Players with a Players Club level of 2 or 3
  • Players with a DCI Total rating of 1950 or higher. Byes are based on DCI Total ratings published on April 27, 2011.

First-Round Byes

  • Players with a Players Club level of 1
  • Players with a DCI Total rating of 1850 or higher. Byes are based on DCI Total ratings published on April 27, 2011.

18-May-11 is the date for UK nats top 75 Total so just over 2 weeks after the GP

Currently the cut off point is 1891 but obviously that is liable to change - Jason Savage is one of several people currently holding that rating - so if you can persuade him to lose some points before then we might free up another slot!!!!

Mr Dun & Mr Stanger are 4 and 5 points respectively off the pace as we speak!!!

I am very sad to say that it appears that Mr Reeve is our highest place person at number 18!!! (sad that we have no-one higher than 18th :( )

(also positive for me is that this is the week before GP Prague - so I don't need to worry about tanking there!)

I might hold that rating, but I Q in Southampton. I will be at the GP and hopefully my rating will go up!
It broke a long time ago.  I should fix it sometime I guess!
