Maybe pilferers for mannequin, don't think dropping thundercloud is ok as there's a lot of meaty black in there already.

I'm not too worried about color balance within a set. We have pretty good balance over the whole cube. And Mannequin is more interesting than Shaman so I think:

LRW: -Thundercloud Shaman, +Makeshift Mannequin.

In ARB, should any of these make way for Crystallization or Putrid Leech?

Eventide ... Soul Reap or Spitemare or Syphon Life? Possibly over Desecrator Hag?

not sure, but i think maybe having another cascade spell (the UB bounce one?) or Soul manipulation over Twinclaws + Vengeful Rebirth? Also Deadshot Minotaur maybe?

Really like spitemare, especially if we have the 13 damage to creature spell from TSB in there - fine to remove Hag, especially if we add a few staples (Naturalise, Gravedigger, Lightning Bolt, etc from core sets on the end along with fixing)/

I don't think you should cut Desecrator Hag - not because of it's power level (it's just a worse gravedigger after all) but because it provides card advantage and recursion in Green and the colour doesn't really have much going on at the moment other than big guys with no abilities.
