Magic: the Gathering in the UK

I want a list of all Standard decks that have placed anywhere running Mimic Vat.

Am I right in thinking that following the closure of deckcheck there is no place on the internet I can perform such a search? Or have I just not heard about ?

Am I going to have to write this thing this weekend? If so, how are we going to populate it without going insane typing in decklists and emailing TOs the world over begging for decklists?

http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/deck_search.asp with "Event and Article decks only" is not too bad. We can do a lot better, though.
I think a good URL people will remember is important, and if you can start by inputting the ~38k lists you scraped from deckcheck, that would be an awesome start. Getting initial content is often a challenge.

Then if you can do something to capture the MODO daily list pages, and those from the regular SCG/CF/TCGP event reports going forward (and maybe even scrape the existing SCG deck database as well), TO's/players would have a reason to use your site.

Is it possible you could design a "standard" for decklist submissions, then just have your site read these files and know what to do with them? After that, adding additional details such as deck archetypes when not listed could be done by community consensus?
Also if you are going to do this, I'd post on GoodGamery saying so, as there are people there with the knowledge and inclination to help out.

I can think of suggestions, and test and promote it once available, but afraid I can't help on the code front!
Tom, surely in your infinite wisdom you can write a parser to take decks in a well known format. Whack it behind a servlet or something similar then create an app to post all the decklists to it...
