Is the pre-release card only available from the sealed portion? Or can you get it from a draft?

Do you not remember what it was like on sunday at the county, the time the sat pre-re was cancelled cuz of venue being double-booked?

 

If every pre-release turns into that, I won't bother going to them anymore.

I guess I shall play my first colchester prerelease for about 5 years then as this sounds fairly bad, I will stress I know this isn't Jasons fault in anyway just wizards being dicks as usual
