I am happy with these changes.

You can still play Stoneforge Mystic in standard - you just need to play it in the event deck.
Batterskull is still a fine card, just a lot fairer.
Also now I wish I was Q'd for Nats, a *little* bit.
Oh and these changes are great, and I sold my spare mystics on sat *fist pump*
I disagree. Stoneforge should have been banned but not Jace. Now Valakut will just be the best deck. Its harder to beat a deck that just has to play lands to win.
They did it wrong last time they made bans and I feel they have done it wrong again.
Valakut is slower than Deciever/Twin combo.
I myself am going to be working on U/B Control and trying to break a little pet card of mine that has been neglected.
this is terrible terrible news for me personally
nats is coming in 2 weeks, starts on July 1st, and a deck which I had with a fantastic game vs. cawblade will now have a big target on its head, not to mention the fact that valakut (a bad matchup) will be heavily played. I am honestly feeling pretty bad at the moment, even though I realise that the banning was probably necessary
That being?
I will not post the info you seek on a public forum.

What Gary says is 100% correct, titan or valakut should definately have gone too, fauna shaman into vegevine is much more fragile, so keepable in t2. The changes make innovation harder, as cawblade is "slower" than valakut so gives you more room to play around.
The point about jace is also a good one (although the thought of playing vs fauna shaman/lotus cobra/jace decks for 3 months did not excite me when I originally thought mystic would be the only ban)
