Depends how much use you can make of your graveyard/milling in the format you are thinking of playing him in I guess.  If Innistrad is a graveyard/flashback block then perhaps he will be nuts.  He draws cards at the very least.  That never hurts.

I actually like this jace. +1 to draw constantly isnt a terrible effect. Its probably the worst of the jaces but if the format is slow post rotation it fills a liliana like spot in control decks. Stupid in limited too
