Magic: the Gathering in the UK
sealed pool
I opened this in one of the MTGO release events. How do you build this sealed pool? It's pretty awful, and I felt pretty outgunned against the hordes of Steel Hellkites, Tezzerets, Carnifex Demons, Thopter Assemblies, and so on... But there's a reasonable deck to be found here (as in you can win by running good).

Haven't looked at it too hard yet, but WR and UR metalcraft aggro look like the two real options, initial instinct is to lean towards WR as blue offers pretty much zero in the way of creatures. So yeah, WR metalcraft aggro, maximise the Ardent Recruits/Gaveleer/Berserkers/battle cry stuff, Concussive Bolt people, Flamefiend people.

Eugh, this pool is pretty awkward. You have all the powerful cards for UR control, but 0 of the filler and guys that trade is actually not good enough for the deck. I think tom's got it right but its not a great deck. I wish you could run the turbine/conscience/flamefiend/tower control deck but I dont think there are enough defensive guys?
@ Dan vivisection is pretty poor in aggro. Might be an argument for splashing double geyser though. Especially as there isnt enough equipment to force through bad creatures.
