These are not confirmed.

I'm not sure about anything else but if Garruk turns up to my Planeswalker Party dressed like that, I will Oblivion Ring him immediately.

Confirmed fakes btw
they are, how come?

Number crunch etc, thread locked and removed from MTGSal

Summary - don't get excited about a card until it is on the MTGS spoiler page with a credited source.

If they are fake thats some pretty decent photoshoppery! Can't imagine on third attempt that they'd still make Chandra so average compared to the others..  Just because the thread's been locked it surely doesn't necessarily mean they are fake?  I'm sure MTGS just wants to clamp down on this sort of leaking after the whole Godbook fiasco

The design is off for the core set (no ultimates), and the name is silly for Garruk. I don't think they find in the setlist for their names either.

People keep saying 'no ultimates' as if it's some kind of serious argument against them being real (with the mod who locked the MTGS thread putting it as the main reason for locking, the numbering issue seemed to be ambiguous, plus actual cards have had numbering errors before.)

This is a set in which they are reprinting Gideon Jura.

Doh, I completely forgot that. Good point.

They seem credible, even if they turn out to be fakes. No ultimate feels like an obvious bit of design space to be explored.

It looks like there is a tiny red outline around the border of the cards. Putting them in sleeves could imply that they need to be presed down/flattened (e.g. to prevent a corner of something that has been stuck down from peeling).

What do you mean by number crunch Dan? Is it something to do with the collector numbers and where the cards would appear in the set, or something else?

Simon - Basically, yea. I know bugger all about it, but some folk on MTGSal work all kinds of stuff like this out.

Also, I know one of the rumour mill moderators there (Uselessend) and he says they're fake so there.
