Unlocking the Helvault at Avacyn Restored Prerelease

Anyone know what this is all about?  How exactly do players work together to unlock the Helvault?

Based on prize support being different for the helvault pre-re (which is the one I can't go to, typically!) guessing additional boosters.

There is a helvault specific prerelease?  I assumed this would be a promotional item used for all Sealed prerelease flights?

But apparently TGC is using theirs for the Sunday pre-re, and prize payout is doubled, see:
