Let's do one online, proxy up and/or Cockatrice then play out the games?

How about all cards legal in Legacy or all cards legal in Modern for the card pool?   Or we can just do Vintage as many of the others have.

This is going to be using the Modern card pool and the Modern banned list.

Not really, the hardest part is putting the cards back in a random order without shuffling whole library, right?

Exactly. I don't think it's possible. Closest I was able to do on a cascade was this:

1. Put cards off the top one at a time onto the play area until I hit one of my two viable targets. This takes forever.

2. Exile the whole library.

3. Put the revealed cards back into the library one at a time. This takes just as long as part 1.

4. Shuffle the new library.

5. Put the exiled cards back on top of the library.

6. Curse as I draw one of the cards I just put on the bottom the next turn.

Oh crap, I didn't bring my rotisserie deck today. No one turned up last time and didn't look like yourself or Thom were playing. I can always proxy it up.

I was going to bring mine today but picked up an empty box by mistake! And I'm away for two weeks after this. Maybe it's a good thing, though, since I'm 0 for 3 so far!

I need to run more competitions like Warren with dates and times and shit.

I think this might be dead in the water. I guess there is a chance Paul and Thom will be at the World's Qualifier this Saturday, so perhaps wait until after that?

Even if all the games don't get played this was still great fun.

I enjoyed this a lot, and would love to do it again.... its a shame there was never a convenient time to play more games...

 

tbh though, I would happily have put the time into doing this just to play 2-3 rounds....

I'm not going to be there on Sat, (not even qualified) got a family birthday to attend.

Having failed to get cockatrice to comply and not really turning up much at events recently I should  probably  not have joined this........  But it was super fun and I regret nothing

We could do it live some time.  

Just use printed proxies of the reasonable cards and sharpie proxies for random things noone was expecting.  

Might be to much effort but it would be hella fun
