Magic: the Gathering in the UK

Leyline of Anticipation 2uu
Enchantment (R)
If Leyline of Anticipation is in your opening hand, you may begin the
game with it on the battlefield.
You may cast nonland cards as though they had flash.

Fauna Shaman 1g
Creature - Elf Shaman (R)
g, t, Discard a creature
card: Search your library for a creature card, reveal it, and put it
into your hand. Then shuffle your library.
2/2

Firstly both of these cards are incredibly cool and they aren't mythic so it will actually be quite easy to get them.

Anyone who owns vengevines just got a windfall.

Oh dear :(
Dont need more things that make Vengevine better.

Im torn on the leyline. Its a sweet effect, but I cant see a blue deck actualy wanting this card in their opening hand.
survival bear is awesome, although shame he's not actually a bear ;)

Leyline is ok, I guess, but extra copies are really redundant and you kinda need it as a 4 of to get one in your opening hand. Can't see a blue deck tapping out to cast one on T4, but being able to flash a Jace 2.0 in at the end of your opponent's turn is pretty spicy.
Leyline seems breakable in Legacy with FoW - there must be some epic things one could Flash in Legacy...
i agree the leyline wont see much play unless it gets broken. maybe it's good with personal tutor?

playing it for value so you can EOT jace seems rubbish.
its cool for EDH though

is playing squadron hawk with the shaman too cute?
As a side topic, anyone gopnna pre-order anything?

Thinking about Fauna Shaman, Primeval Titan looks good but is overpriced IMO, as is Time Reversal obv.

Grave Titan might be fun in Dredge, a bit "win more" though...
All the non blue titans should see some amount of constructed play, White and Black and Red all get insane value, and the Green does get you to manlands when it hits play, so should just about be good enough. Might be too mana intensive for standard, but R, W, and B are all pretty solid against jund and UW, so should be fine.
All I know is the Green Titan will be awesome in my Warp World deck. Right up until Warp World rotates out with M10. And there isn't an awesome build-around-me rare to replace it as yet. Where's the love for Kieran in M11?
