i think what it means is - if all your votes were 'no' since you last proposed something, you don't get a go.

So if you vote "no" to literally everything for a round, or go away for a bit and vote "no" while you are here, you skip your turn? If you vote "yes" at least once in a round this rule has no effect?

I'm going to vote "no" on the basis that this is a moderate amount of bookkeeping for something that has not arisen yet and may never arise. Plus someone continually voting "no" will soon not be a problem because of majority voting. Plus I don't want to have to be forced to vote "yes" to something if this gets ugly once majority voting comes in. Plus Kieran will be far in the lead if this passes.

What more reason could you want for passing this? Amusing that my rule aimed to stop people griefing has been itslef griefed. I especially like the way you say no because a) it won't be a problem when we get majority voting and b) it might be a problem when we get majority voting.

I'm in the no camp too coz i kind like the idea to be able to say no whenever, and also, it means if u say no 6 times in a row, u are forced to say yes some time.

Slim chance: will make me say "yes" when I want to say "no".
Both things: annoying.
