1 - i'm up for testing at the games club and at my house/pub on weekend sometimes? Will be there 5.30 til 7 or so on Friday, and then all day saturday for constructed monthly before Reading on Sun, for starters.

2 - jund, uw control, boss naya mythic bant, etc. Here's a great resource: http://sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/season_summary.php?eve...

3 - not seen this, but i'd guess that Dark Bant Summoning Trap is better anyways... it has some results on Magic League etc - http://www.deckcheck.net/list.php?type=Summoning+Trap&format=So...
1 - just give me a days notice man and I will bring some decks down, would prefer to do something around liverpool street to be honest as it's a bit cheaper for me (no travel)
2 - cheers
3 - the polymorph deck took over half the q slots from the qualifier at the weekend, making turn 3 iona is bad times and I need to have a deck that can do something about that, so testing it will be essential.

thanks
Interested in hearing about this polymorph deck. I may be able to pop down the county saturday to do some testing if people bring decks to the bar (26 days of ban left).

from what people are saying they just couldn't deal with
T 1 - land that makes 0/1 guy
T2 - chalace for 1 (the one that produces mana)
T3 - polymorph into Iona
GG's

I think I will just play the best beat down deck in the format to be honest
is that land the only way to get iona into play? - i'm guessing they also have other spells that make tokens such as join the ranks etc.

absolutely no idea man, I think the deck is straight blue green, there must be some random spells in green that make dorks
I have noticed that Iona is not blue or green but from what I understand there is no way to cast her in some of the decks, but again haven't seen a deck list there is just a lot of chat going on

The Polymorph decks run tons of token production, generally Khalni Garden, Dragon Fodder, Goblin Assault Martial Coup, Elspeth etc. Best way to deal with it is kill the token and fizzle the Polymorph, or just counterspell. The deck generally waits a bit before going off, as they want counterspell backup as it is quite easy to disrupt.

MTGSalvation Topic for Ionamorph.
i'd guess

garruk and maybe bestial menace for the other tokens

bit of rampant growth /explore for extra acceleration beyond cup

depths/hunt/jace to find the polymorphs

some counters for a bit of protection

sounds like fun but there must be something else in there
this deck seems fairly spicy will have to build it and see what crazyness I can get on the go
It's pretty awful against Cunning Sparkmage though. Maybe MD that if you aren't playing it?

This deck is nothing to be feared as it is a combo deck that must resolve a 4 mana sorcery that is counterable AND can be fizzled by a removal spell. Or they wait until they have Vines/Counter backup and the mana to cast them at which point you probably have two removal spells or two counters or have already killed them or have such a substantial board presence that Iona isn't going to stop you or have Blightning'ed them twice, etc.

It's not terrible but the versions I have played against are not that amazing either.
