I think I just hit that right, as just as I completed my order, they took Snapcaster Mage off their website entirely, probs repricing now.

Damn, I tried to order but they only take paypal or cheque or postal order not cards. Unfortunatly my paypal account is linked to my uk card and is now overdrawn :(

Was gonna order 8 B/W land 8 U/G lands and 3 U/R lands and 8 Heartless summoning. Would have been a sweet deal for under 50 pound.

 

Congrats to those who did order, especialy if you got the snapcaster mages. I would have bought them all if I had seen it.

I hope they will honour the orders. I ordered 20 cards for about £31 including post.

I just got an email saying they wouldn't be honouring these orders.

It all depends on whether you have an e-mail confirming their acceptance of your order. If you've paid but haven't had any confirmation of the order they can still withdraw their product from sale and put it back on sale at the correct price. If they confirmed your order and said they would ship the cards, then this usually constitutes acceptance of your offer, and if you have paid for the items then you have entered into a binding contract and could then potentially sue them for specific performance (making them deliver whatever you bought at the price you paid).

Im not sure what it's like online but in a shop if they mistakenly price an item lower than they should by law have to sell it to you at the price shown. Probably make an inquiry with the trading standard to see if they can legally do that. Also check to see if there is a disclaimer 'all stock is subject to availablity' or something like that.

 

IMO dealers have a responsibility to keep track of pricings and should honor all sales whether they have kept up with currect pricings or not.

I don't see anything on their website about pricing errors. Magic Madhouse has a bit in their T&C where they say that they can cancel an order if the item has been incorrectly priced, but the legal stuff on their website doesn't seem to have had any work put into it whatsoever.
