Okie dokie - I've just made a provisional reservation at all star lanes holborn - about a 5 min walk from the national - for 1215 til close at 2 for after the pre-release. There's no entrance fee just £8.50 to bowl. I've got 7 spots at the min but there should be more available if people show interest.
Bloomsbury lanes round the corner is a non starter as they have live music next sat and are fully booked for karaoke and bowling as well as a £10 entry.
People that r interested should post on here so I can confirm the booking with the venue.

Yes and no - £8.50 per person to bowl but they estimate 10/15 mins per person to bowl your frames - so 7 x 15 mins is 1h45 - am sure if it's 145am they let us just use the spare time up though cos they close at 2

Yeh cos with drafts at £12.50 you could draft the first 2 boosters and then lose or go bowling.
How about u just come along to the bowling alley to hold our drinks, polish the bowling balls and provide witty banter?

Nah I got bored of loosing all the time. This year I will be winning more often.
While i'm sure you will miss my witty banter, I think it's much more sensible for me to get the tube home rather than several night buses. I have been known to fall asleep and have stuff thrown in my face from time to time.
