I propose we change the winning score (rule 208), from 200 to 1000, to ensure the game goes on for a reasonable length of time.

Tom and Tiff score 10 (Rule 204) + 1 (Rule 303) = 11
Kieran scores 1 (Rule 302) + 1 (Rule 303) + 1 (Rule 314) = 3
