Magic: the Gathering in the UK

For those getting the train to Gravesend on Sunday for the PTQ I suggest meeting at Charing Cross station at around 9am to get the train at ten past. This gets to Gravesend at 10.06 and the venue is only a short walk away, giving us at least half an hour to register and do deck lists.

Whos comming?

Gary, i did some further investigation and found a MUCH BETTER train for those of us who live in northish London (me, you, Louis), and who may be coming into London from further north of London (Mills).

Leaves St. Pancras at 9.25, and only takes 23 minutes to get there, arriving before 10am.

Cost is £13 (£8.something with YPR)
The one from charing x is £9.90 return and charing x is not much further than king x and is on the same line.
You want to marry that train, don't you?
im gonna say charing cross as it costs less. as sommeone who isnt working i need to be sensible with money. very hard for me.
Gary, you need to recheck your train times, here's what i see when searching for trains to Gravesend tomorrow:

08:40 London Charing Cross [CHX] Gravesend [GRV] 09:36 0h 56m 0 Details set up alert - opens in a new window -

09:25 London St Pancras (Domestic) [STP] Gravesend [GRV] 09:48 0h 23m 0 Details set up alert - opens in a new window -

09:48 London Bridge [LBG] Gravesend [GRV] 10:36 0h 48m 0 Details set up alert - opens in a new window -

Let me know what the plan is, i'll meet you wherever - but in plenty of time before to buy tickets and food!

Also, if anyone has for me + Mills' decks:

2 perimeter captain
1 spreading seas
2 wall of omens

that would be aces
Nah, I would rather get the charing x train and have £3.50. Thats more than a beer at the county :)

Dan, I'm not seeing any alerts. I'm thinking of going from St Pancras because it is loads quicker. So I expect to b there to get the 9.25 train. Get my number from Ray or Simon and let me know if you guys want to meet me. Gary, the £3.50 is definitely worth it for a train journey that's half the time.
