Skythrix is a ridic bomb. He wins games alone from lost positions. We want to play him.
Skythrix + 2 ways to recur him if they do kill him (Corpse Cur) sounds good. Skythrix + 2 Corpse Cur means play poison. So play all your infect creatures, your Axe and all your removal, and about four other spells. (Tumble Magnet, Skinrender and Steel Hellkite all count as removal.)
I wouldn't play Carapace Forger, and I would play the Trigons especially Rage (whoever is unblocked gets in for extra poision). 50/50 on Flesh Allergy and everyone keeps telling me off color Myr are good but are they good when they can never attack meaningfully even when equipped? I might cut Tainted Strike? Do you have enough artifacts to support Throne of Geth? Not sure about the two green tricks.

Some interesting choices there. I think the deck you have built is more controlling, but I have not really played with the set, so not sure if that is the right way?
I put the green tricks in as there are not many ways to gain advantages in this set, so tricks can help.

Consider getting more greedy. Especially as you have a Blackcleave Cliffs. I know its 24, but I would just play 41. If you really had to cut a card maybe Sylvoc Replica as you have infi removal anyway.
Cerrebral Eruption is nearly always a 1 sided wrath, you defanatly want to run it.

Eruption is double red. I nearly mentioned it. What is the manabase for that?

I did think about playing Eruption, but not a double red spell as a splash.

Add 1 blackcleave cliffs, 1 mountain, galvanic blast to a G/B deck?
Eventually gives you RR to recharge the trigon, and with 3 sources (2+spellbomb) blast is easily played?
Also you can consider the panic spellbomb with that if necessary?

I am going to the PTQ on Sunday and have spare in the car at the moment.

Where do you depart from?
Can get there on the Met line if I go, but will probably have to leave on Friday evening using that...

I am in Victoria Park, East London. so depending on the route I can pick up at Kings Cross or Highbury & Islington. I do not know what tube lines are running this Sunday though!

I would run the cliffs and 3 mountains. You do also have the spellbomb to search 1 up so it shouldn't be too hard to get the double red.
Having been on the receiving end of the eruption more than once I think it's worth the risk as it's nearly always game over.
Also you don't have any double green spells and you don't need double black till a bit later in the game so you can probably afford it.
Also the trains are fucked in Sunday so if traveling by tube it's gonna take a while.

I have not played Scars really, so is the format slow enough to play all your good cards then?
